10 years ago, ODT recognised the need to introduce ability-driven arts & dance education at a younger age, along side with our spectrum of ongoing innovative programmes including mainhouse seasons and dance festivals, arts education programmes, community and outreach programmes.

It is one of our firm beliefs to cultivate the younger talents in Singapore while educating the community through dance education and training. With unflinching determination to uphold public awareness towards this vision, the Arts4yoUths division was officially formed in September 2003 to consolidate our dance education and training programmes. Surpassing itself from the usual conventional dance interaction, the programmes have offered definite distinction in professionalism, creativity and dance development to the younger generation.

At Arts4yoUths , we will continue to pursue excellence in arts/dance enrichment, education and training with a mission to nurture dance, movement and aesthetics through a personalised and student-centerd approach.

We believe in creating an ideal learning & aesthetic environment by encouraging individuality and creativity while developing teamwork skills . We strive to value the child & the participant, the role of dance in education , developing and providing resources of the highest educational and artistic quality . More importantly, we recognize, value and support other dance and art forms.

We are happy to include in this site, our series of arts/dance education & training programmes and wish to invite all of you to share with us your passion towards dance.

We hope to contribute to the vibrancy of arts in Singapore and to provide a distinctive voice in dance. More importantly, by upholding the professionalism and proficiency in dance training & education, dance making and presentation, you will be enticed to learn and appreciate dance from our highly acclaimed original productions and programmes that are creative, interesting and educational.
