ODT 's studios are available for rental.

Terms & Conditions for Usage of Dance Studios @ ODT

A) APPLICATION

1. Bookings are to be made on prescribed applications at least two weeks in advance.
   
2. Odyssey Dance Theatre Ltd (ODT) reserves the rights to studio bookings. All Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-served basis.
   
3. Facilities are only considered booked when all payments are made.
   
4. The rental paid is not transferable to another time slot.
   
5. The applicant must produce the signed and approved application form and identity card to the administrative staff on duty, on the booking day.
   
6. No changes may be made to the date and duration once booking is confirmed.

B) PAYMENT

1. Full payment must be made one (1) week before the usage date.
   
2. Payment can be made at the Arts4yoUths Adminstrative Office (182 Cecil Street #04-03, Telok Ayer Performing Arts Centre, Singapore 069547) during weekdays from 2 pm to 10 pm.
   
3. Alternatively, payments can be made by cheque (payable to " Odyssey Dance Theatre Limited")
   
4. Refund of rental will only be made if ODT withdraws or cancels the booking.

Weekdays (10am - 10pm)
Saturday (10am - 6pm)
Closed on Sundays

E) CANCELLATION

1. No refunds will be made after payment has been made.
   
2. Postponement of booking will be considered on a case-by-case basis and upon availability.

F) CLEANLINESS & LOGISTICS

In order to keep our rental rates affordable, we hope to seek your cooperation on the following:

1. Please keep the premises clean and tidy at all times
   
2. Please inform ODT of your technical and logistic requirements at the time of booking and do ensure that your equipment are properly set up and removed after the session
   
3. Please remove all footwear. Footwear is strictly NOT allowed within the studios
   
4. Please switch off all lights, fans and/or air-con after the end of the session
   
5. Please DO NOT smoke, eat and drink within the premises

G) LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY / DAMAGE / INJURY

While on ODT's premises:

1. Please practice good studio discipline to avoid injuries
   
2. Do take care of your personal property at all times
   
3. Please help protect the property to avoid loss or damage to ODT

ODT reserves the right to claim from the users and applicant for any loss or damages to ODT's property.

H) OTHERS

1. Only authorized activities shall be conducted at the premises.
   
2. Users who have violated any of the above guidelines may be barred from making further bookings.
   
3. ODT reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel these terms and conditions without prior notice.
